If you are travelling across the ocean with an infant, American gives you this phat crib which sticks into the bulkhead -- they also block off the whole first row you for you and your "money honey".  MrCheap always flies economy class (at least when he's paying), and this almost makes it comfortable.  (For the record, I used miles for this flight.)
